How to cook Vegetarian Lasagna

I thought I'd update my blog on how to cook Vegetarian Lasagna from the website above.
We made it a slightly different way but it was still delicious!
What you will need:
Roasted vegetables (carrots, store brought mushrooms, olives, capsicum)
Mix Ricotta cheese and corn, peas.
Different types of tomato paste and sauce.
Grated cheese
Italian herbs
Olive oil.
Lasagna Sheets
How to Roast Vegetables:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Until brown golden.
Put vegetables on tray, drizzle with oil and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven at 25 minutes.
How to Prepare Lasagna:
1) Cover base of dish with tomato paste.
2) Place lasagna sheets vertically.
3) Tomato paste and sauces. Pour Roasted vegetables with olives and store brought mushrooms. Add italian herbs and olive oil.
4) Cover with Sprinkled cheese.
5) Put Lasagna sheets
6) Tomato sauce with Ricotta cheese mixed with peas.
7) Lasagna sheet, sauce and
8) Cheese on top!
Bake at 160 degrees at 25-30 minutes until golden.
